A mouse, after a work accident, has an oversized long snout and can only whistle. A microphone is installed inside the mask so that the performer can whistle live.
Fortunately, I had a wonderful welder at hand for this project; the figure had to be particularly sturdy, as children played with both wings and beak.
This chicken is part of our most performed street theatre piece: "Hühnchens neue Welt" (Chicken's New World).
For this character, I built my first eye mechanism with movable eyes, which gives the puppet an incredibly lively expression. The old lady is quite risqué! I built her topless with a transparent blouse.
